Ensuring quality of participation: Guiding Principles for Citizen Participation Processes

This chapter introduces nine principles to ensure quality of citizen participation processes. Methods outlined in these guidelines rely on good practice their quality: purpose, accountability, transparency, inclusiveness and accessibility, integrity, privacy, information, resources, evaluation.
